I just happened to place accidently so went in to see if they could fix a piece of rubber that had fallen off the top of my exterior windscreen.

Long and short of it, they replaced the rubber and were not going to charge me, I gave them a small fee as I had gone to Speedy Glass and they were going to charge me to remove the windscreen in order to replace the rubber.
